In short
A good email signature has your name, role and company, one phone number, a website, and optionally LinkedIn or a link to your digital business card. Keep it to 4–5 lines, with no quotes and no large images. Fill in the generator below, copy the signature and paste it into the settings of Gmail, Outlook or your iPhone.

How to add it in Gmail
- Open Gmail on a computer, click the gear icon and open all settings.
- On the “General” tab, find “Signature” and create a new one.
- Paste the copied signature and save the changes at the bottom of the page.
In Outlook and on iPhone
In Outlook, open Settings → Accounts → Signatures, create a new signature and paste it. On iPhone, open Settings → Apps → Mail → Signature (in older versions: Settings → Mail → Signature). Formatting is sometimes lost on the phone, so send yourself a test email.
One link for your signature and your card
If you have a digital business card, put its link in your signature: anyone you email can save your contact with one tap. At Echo Card it is the same link that your NFC card and QR code open, so the signature, the card and the code all lead to one profile you update yourself.
