How much is one NFC business card?

At Echo one NFC business card for one person costs €30. The price covers the design, printing, programming the NFC chip and the digital profile.

Is there a monthly fee?

No. You pay for the card, and the digital profile and every change to it are included, with no monthly fee.

How much are cards for a team or a company?

It depends on the number of cards and the design. Tell us how many you are and the style you like, and we will send you a quote.

Do I see the design before printing?

Yes. We send you a proof and print only once you approve it.

How long does delivery take?

2–5 business days in Bulgaria. Before printing we send you a proof to approve, so the total time also depends on how quickly you approve it.

Is delivery included in the price?

In Bulgaria delivery is free for 2 or more cards. For a single card you pay the courier on delivery, at the courier's rate.

Do you deliver outside Bulgaria?

Yes, across the European Union. Delivery time and cost depend on the country, so we confirm them when you order.

Can I return the card?

Yes. If you don't like the card, send it back within 7 days of delivery and we refund its price, no questions asked. You send it back by courier at your own cost.

Do I need a new card when my details change?

No. You update the profile from your personal edit link, and the card and the link stay the same.

Does it work with every phone?

Modern iPhones and Android phones read it with a tap, no app needed. For everyone else there is a QR code on the back.
